This is expected. If the drive is not connected, you need to remove the --device parameter from 'Extra Parameters'.
Docker can't assign a non-existing device to a container.

Which menu are you talking about? The only way to assign a device is through container's settings.

Ok I think I have not enough experience yet with the plugin system for this kind of integration with unRAID... Maybe later!
