FuriousNerdHere's Projects
A Powershell Based GUI Script I wrote to Change a Comptuer/Workstations Local IP Address.
This is a script that will scan multiple PCs from a text list for a usb devices and export a CSV report. This uses CIM in place of the soon possibly Deprecated WMI.
Wrote this for an Enterprise environment that has both Windows 7 and WIndows 10 Computers. It works (atm) for both. Something quick and dirty if I needed to replace a remote client, and wanted to get a list of the installed software.
This is a set of expansions I've written to the Tech Wizards, https://github.com/VikasSukhija , get-ping-status scripts. (Sorry bruh, can't find the old technet, or current Git link.) It has the same basic report, as well as ones I have written that get a large amount of remote machine information. One small issue, the report opens simultaneously, but for some reason wont save. You can save it after it finishes running, but it doesn't do it "automagically."
This script will scan your AD and Export a CSV list of Pcs that have not had activity, prior to your set number of days tolerance you input.
A quick and dirty script to resolve a *.txt list of IP's, just change the txt file name to the corresponding text ip list. Then run the script, and blammo!!
This will edit the registry key on a selected list of computers that have your cclient installed, to not require permission to enable a Remote Control Session.
Resolve or Translate SID to Username in Powershell
This will allow you to verify whether or not a list of Users or "Members" are in a specific AD Group that you Input. Easy to just quickly verify if you add this to your $path.
