Plex "Can not communicate with device" upon channel scan about antennas

According to this one https://github.com/jblachly/dvr/blob/master/HDHomeRun_notes.md this post request used for initiating channel scan on HDHomeRun server. I think it is unused in case of tvheadend.
But I wonder: as answer for lineup_status.json antennas send following response:
{"ScanInProgress":0,"ScanPossible":1,"Source":"Cable","SourceList":["Cable"]}
indicating that scan is supported. If we put 0 as value for ScanPossible I assume that plex should not send any scan request.

This seems to be new behaviour from Plex. I have the lineup.post route, but it doesn't really do anything.

I have the same issue. Anybody aware of a plex/tvh proxy which supports whatever Plex requires nowadays?
