Sure, I'll take a look and see if I can find the class that bracket matcher is using.
Feel free to fork & issue a pull request if you know the fix.

Hi !
I m quite new _I don t even know how to fork and pull. I am not the code guy...
I tried to look at the theme but everything is in less and divided in many files.
I noticed this is happening with all the themes that highlight in deep black the background in the active line.
This is the only help I can give you ...
