Caused by login page switching from using a submit input element to a button element.
I still haven't gotten the test to pass. I am not getting the callback on the local Jetty server.

b7b99b9 fixes the code to work with new login form. But test still doesn't work. For some reason, the local Jetty never receives the callback. It's probably a matter of tracing through how the htmlunit webclient is being directed around.

Gave up on running this test without user interaction in 2805b42. As an interactive test where you complete the flow in a real browser, it works just fine.
