[IDEA] Setting to change start count of the unusedtitle macro about tiddlywiki5

I'm thinking about this request atm. So you are talking about the unusedtitle-macro only.

I think the default TW behaviour (+ page button) should not be changed, because it starts with:

• New Tiddler
• New Tiddler 1
• New Tiddler 2
  ... and so on already.

If special formatting is needed, imo the macro should be used.

Hi Justin_H it sounds like a reasonable way forward would be a PR that adds a new hidden setting for the unusedtitle starting count.

The unusedtitle macro already has several parameters. So a new macro parameter would be possible.

So I think we do not need a new hidden setting, except you want to have one

I am also in favor of adding a new parameter, unfortunately I had mis-spoke and called it a variable, but startCount was what I would propose the new parameter to be.
