Unsure.

There's at least one AOI (generic array handler) with source protection but that's because it uses the "CanBeNull" parameter property that automatically invokes the lock in Studio. I uploaded a lock-free variant with a "_Src" suffix.

Otherwise, no programs have been source-protected here.

Dear Jeremy I am a machine designer i have written a ladder program for a Packaging machine and with source key protection to some ladder logic not whole program now my laptop has been formatted and all file deleted i have uplaoded the back up but the program inside it is protected by source key protection so i am not able to open it .

The irony is thick. You wrote some code, protected it, then come to an open source project for help to bypass the protection you put on it? You can't make this stuff up.

I came here for help but as usual if people doesn't know to solve so they will create another issue , I already told u I formatted my Laptop so the SK.dat file also deleted so I came here for help . Its ok you cant help

dpthenikola: Your only option is to reach out to Rockwell support.
a) They might be able to determine whether code was generated by you.
b) They might be able to unlock it for you on that basis.
c) I do not know if a or b are actually true, but d certainly is:
