JSB is broken since r99 about base2

This has something to do with:
  EventTarget.dispatchEvent(document, "ready")

but I can't really put my finger on it. Shouldn't be the 2nd argument an Event 
object? Something like:
  DocumentEvent.createEvent(document, "ready")

Oh yeah, Safari 2 crashes. WebKit gives an error: 
UNSPECIFIED_EVENT_TYPE_ERR: DOM Events Exception 0

And Firefox gives an error as well:

I broke stuff with the last release. :-(

We need to get serious about versioning as you have already suggested. I would 
pefer
that we user-friendly *permanent* URLs for particular point releases. Let's 
keep the
/lib/ directory for the bleeding edge..

I will check in fixes for the latest issues soon.
