Mercury.displayRect being used, while not being set about mercury

Apparantly it comes down to the order of these two calls in PageEditor.prototype.initializeFrame = function():

  this.initializeRegions();
  this.finalizeInterface();

initialize eventually requires Mercury.displayRect, while it not gets set until finalize is called.

adding this.resize() before initialize solves the issue, but I cannot oversee the side effects

I thought I solved this already, but I saw it today -- when I opened a panel before the full calculations were complete.

I'll make a second pass at this and see what's up.
