Encoding issue for python2 about icdiff

Hmm, that looks like a printing problem. I think the fix is to add an --output-encoding flag that defaults to utf8 and to use that encoding when printing.

At first I couldn't reproduce, but then I recalled that the error only occurred when I piped to less, I don't know why I didn't include that info before.

Ah, that worked. Thanks for helping me repro! Fixed with fae640d, which is just c018311 rebased on master. Released as 1.6.2.
