Cant run install.php about phproxyimproved

Just noticed in my error log:

When i change the group permission to not writable, it loads, but it only shows 
a next button, which doesn't do anything?

you would need a webhost, you install it on the host

I got an error when I tried to install it the first time. Then I got a 
never-ending "Next" button that did not seem to do anything. When I went back 
to the index page, I tried to visit hulu.com and did not get the message "Not 
available in your area" but the videos do not show.
