I am sorry because that isn't already done. I have been waiting for cocapods support. Way to do this is to download refresher project and build it. Under Products group in Xcode you should see Refresher.framework and it shouldn't be red(you have to build with device selected, not simulator). Right click on Refresher.framework and select Show in Finder option. Then just drag and drop that into your Xcode project.
Please let me know if that worked for you.

If you want change source code you have to include it also. The way to do this is to copy refresher into your project and drag and drop PullToRefresh.xcodeproj into your project. Then just link Refresher with your target.
