zmq related compile errors about p2000scanner

Hi sigintse,

You really need libzmq 3.x.x for p2000scanner to compile, because some of the functionality that p2000scanner uses depends on functions/constants, etc, that are only available in the 3.x.x branch. You can get it here: http://download.zeromq.org/zeromq-3.2.3.tar.gz .

We may implement other modes, like FLEX-6400 and POCSAG, would be great if you could give me some raw data from your receiver. (I will write a simple script for this)
