Support Private/Public key algorithms (RS256 etc) about djangorestframework-simplejwt

Thanks for the suggestion. I'll spend some time thinking about how I can support other algorithms more naturally. I'm sure your solution works fine but I hadn't considered the possibility that people might use the SECRET_KEY setting for something other than a string.

Yeah, this wasn't the nicest way to do it, you might need a token_backend_kwargs setting for specifying different settings based on the backend used.

Also it might be nice to offer a path to the private/public key files and correctly load them for usage.

This should be possible now with the latest master. You can look at the README to see how it's done. I decided just to do away with the whole extensible backend thing and just use the PyJWT library exclusively. I'll update the CHANGELOG at some point to reflect backwards incompatible changes that were made in the process.
