Yeah, same issue with me also.

I have form which has submit button of type image. When I hover over it, the tooltip is displayed but when I move mouse away from it, the tooltip remains there.

I had this problem too.

I did some digging and found out that the the root of this problem is that the selector i was using was based on "[title]" attribute check, but the fixTitle function removes original title from the element the first time it sees it (adds an original-title attribute instead) this was interoduced in @2181b15
