I don't have time to debug your code, sorry.
I am trying to forward the file without having to first save it to /uploads. Is there a way to do that?
Yes, most of us stream the uploads straight into cloud storage.
As a side note, next time please take the time to format your code examples properly with syntax highlighting, correct indentation, etc. I tried to tidy your code by editing your comment but it was too messy and I gave up.
