Can you tell me what version you are using? The answer depends on that, since quite a lot has changed since 0.4.

Unfortunately, no. The problem is the SchemaProvider instance in ValidationContext.
I agree this is a design issue, which I have to fix...

OK, thank you for that information!
For the time being, I'll then just use a pool of JsonValidator instances and put them into an ArrayBlockingQueue. - Therefore the non-thread-safety is not really an issue for me. Thanks!
