你好，非常喜欢你的库，这里有点小瑕疵：删除一个item时，下标错乱引起的崩溃问题。
需要在notifyItemRangeRemoved(childAdapterPosStart, childItemCount);之后，加上如下代码：

由于getChildAdapterPosition(int parentPosition, int childPosition)方法为private，childAdapterPosStart拿不到，所以也无法在外边单独执行上述代码。
