I've heard a couple other people saying similar things. I'll take a look soon, just been really busy.

Same here with Rails 3.2.8... Form submitted without the files.

I'm using rails 3.2.8 and remotipart 1.0.2 and my file uploads work, but I have done some tweaking to have multi files working as well. There is a bug though, the :data => { "disable_with" => "Loading..." }
does not work as expected, it briefly flashes on and then back to the origin form button it is. I have added :html => {:multipart => true}
to my form.

Same bug here. The check on the controller is also not seeing the multi-part

Didn't work at first for me too but then I updated jquery-rails 2.1.4, now upload works but the disable_with does still not work appropriately and my update.js.erb doesn't seem to run the javascript in it correctly.
Edit: Just realized it's the conflict with wicked_pdf that's not letting it execute.

With Rails 3.2.11, I had to update jQuery-Rails to 2.1.4. But now it works.

There were some incompatibilities specifically with jquery-rails v2.0.3 and v2.1.0. I've updated the readme with that info.
