The demo page is just a typical blog post.

Or are you referring to something else?

right, but you also have an "about" page and ghost has no static page support yet that i know of...

Unpublished posts are accessible if you directly navigate to the post URL.

So I just created a post 'About', then saved it as a draft and linked directly to the URL.

aaaah, good trick to support pages until next version.

I ended up hacking my ghost, but then it's not upgradeable.
