Yeah why not. I'll take a look at that the next time I have some free time for this project, but feel free to solve this with a pull request in the meantime. Changes in Coffeescript are preferred, but Javascript works as well.

I don't think having a fixed slider height is a good pattern for UI design. The main reason why you present users with a slider height is to give them an estimate of the scrollbar's ratio to the actual content. Although I can see this being applied for creative purposes.
