Clearly a CSS selector issue. It's sunday today so at best, i'll get this fixed tomorrow. But if you do, figure it out first, do a pull request and help the interwebz. Thanks!

Check if this works for you. It uses the CSS child selector to only select a direct child, so inner scrollbars are not shown when the outer div is hovered.

I checked and this currently does not work exactly as the native lion scrollbar, so I think that I still need to do one more patch to hide the outer scrollbar when the inner one is hovered.
