Great ideas, now implemented in dev branch pending testing before merging with nightly.
Heatmaps are now saved into subfolders according to detected model name. Activations may still be exported to a CSV file if desired by passing the argument export_activations=True
to generate_heatmaps()
, though this behavior is no longer default.
