FYI - I had the same issues reported above, but when I change the filter to just say "outbound" it works perfectly.

I think this fork works much better:

What's the version of clumsy you are using? Currently the latest is 0.3rc2.
Normally clumsy doesn't require any installation.
And could you please describe the detail of clumsy's behavior?

I downloaded the latest stable version and the latest version. When pinging localhost with either, absolutely nothing changes irregardless of what settings I use: 4 packets sent, 4 received, 0 ms trips. When turning on a 50 ms lag within my application, it appears to send the packets but not receive them. As soon as I turn Clumsy off, the packets come through. If I turn the lag to 0 ms, it started to receive packets after several seconds in a jittery manner until eventually stopping altogether again. Just tried it again, this time it appeared to consistently lag with a several second delay and not stop until a socket error occurred: An error has occurred in sending data. Hopefully this helps! As for my application:

I am using the websocket-sharp library for C# inside of Unity, which uses the Mono implementation of .NET 3.5. I use a Unity instance each for both the client and the server. WebSockets run on top of TCP, so that shouldn't matter, right?

I can confirm that it does not work at all for me as well. Shame on you that you did not response to this threat anymore. The behavior is that it's not working at all...

yep for me too. Prevously i was using clumsy on my laptop (win8 x64) and it worked perfectly. But on my pc win10 x64 it is doing nothing at all. It says that it is filtering, but the green indicator lights are not lighting up and there is no effect on network. I tried both stable and latest release candidate. :(

Use cmd under Administrator to run it. And it takes sometime to take an effect (before it was much more faster). And it's not apply to clumsy. Looks like microsoft made some patch what affects like this.

Bump to this one. Just downloaded clumsy to almost fresh, up to date win 10, and it simple doesn't do anything
I tried to run it as administrator and running it from admin cmd, but no effect either, also tried to use latest RC, but nothing.
