This happened to me randomly, I found that WinDivert was to blame, so uninstalling it should fix it.

i have the same error. can anyone help me?
i run it allway as admin and my pc is new, does that matter?

WinDivertTool fixed it for me, which just uninstalls WinDivert, then Clumsy will reinstall WinDivert.

use 0.3rc2 and if you get Failed to start filtering : failed to open device (code:2) for 1 make sure you enabled a function and for 2 clumsy's filter system seems to only work with the following preset filters "all sending" and "all receiving" basically inbound and outbound
