@BenGitter rules can be amended or removed. In fact, the rules as listed govern all rules, so one could conceivably propose a rule that limits the ability to amend rules.

The large and long running Nomic Agora uses the ideas of rule weight to determine which rules are able to overrule others.

We have no such mechanism, yet (but it is why I introduced the concept of universal constants, so the CoC couldn't get overruled)

Can one only add new rules, or can passed rules be changed or removed?

You need to figure out some easier way of contributing. I would like to contribute but I have no idea about new rule. So for me this game is finished or else I can propose some new rule just to make PR.

@mikagrubinen I have a running list of rule proposals in my head, but I'm not going to spam the game with them :)

If you want inspiration for rules you could look at previous online games of Nomic that have been played and 'borrow' their ideas.

Feel free to use any of their rules as your own, or come up with something new based on however you'd like to shape the nature of the game :)
