Ideally, Tx interface would have AfterCommit(fn func ()) method which would register fn to be called after a successful commit of the real (outer) transaction.
Seems reasonable. 👍

I realized that it is better to use NOTIFY inside the transaction than using a callback after the transaction. The reason is that NOTIFY is send only after transaction completes (the same as with callback) but it is also assured that the order of notifications is the order of transactions (which callbacks cannot really assure).
So I will not be needing this myself for now.
