Thank you for your question and for using this plugin. Your support is truly appreciated.
A migration from Sonatype OSSRH to Sonatype Central Portal is currently in progress. This process has caused a delay in uploading the latest versions to Maven Central.
The plan is to upload the latest releases, including v1.17, to Maven Central as soon as the migration is complete. While a specific date isn't available yet, efforts are being made to expedite this process.
Apologies for any inconvenience this may cause. Your patience is greatly appreciated. Updates on the progress will be provided as they become available.
