For all unfinished transactions, your purchase callback should be called at app startup. If you wanna remove all transactions from the queue, just call window.storekit.finish(transactionId) for all of them.

But how to get the value of "transactionId" !!.
Does I have to store it before transaction done!!.

No need to store anything, the purchase callback will give you the transactionId. See https://github.com/j3k0/PhoneGap-InAppPurchase-iOS#documentation
