Take a look at http://shazronatadobe.wordpress.com/2014/03/12/xcode-5-1-and-cordova-ios/ which walks you through the arm64 issue. Cordova 3.5 will resolve.
The only add for this module may be that now if you try to run in IOS Simulator v.7 it returns an error code 2 instead of just not working.

Closed, as it's more of a Cordova/PhoneGap issue. Thanks @jkirkell for pointing out the solution.
