问题已解决，过程比较曲折，总结下跟iStoreOS无关，因为最终发现通过portainer创建的NPM反代的网络是npm_default，遂尝试在portainer里将NPM反代docker同时加入bridge网络，然后问题就解决了，困了我整整半年的问题啊！！
