There's a lot of customizing and manual things that I have to do in order to make the database fully functional. I can try to find an automated way to do it and share it with everyone

Hello, in short you need to run a local node, then use https://github.com/graymauser/btcposbal2csv to generate csv and then compute csv to pickles.
I agree that a document with the full procedure would be usefull.

it would be good to share Your method, using a fresh db always better

There is a pull request where is a python script and generate your own pickle database based on a csv file. The database is also updated.
