Query local Bitcoin Core full node about plutus

I have attempted to use Bitcoin-Cli commands for balance requests in previous versions. But each Bitcoin Core getbalance command takes 10-15 seconds because the wallets queried are watch only, so the entire blockchain has to be searched. This is compared to a 0.3 second query to BlockExplorer, which is obviously faster.

Also requiring users to download BitcoinCore before using this program is unnecessary, as it takes several weeks and a lot of RAM to download fully. Using a web service is faster and simpler and can be run on any machine.

However, feel free to fork this project and implement it on your own.
