[Feature request] 对 `v2fly/domain-list-community` 项目中 `@attr` 的支持 about mosdns

之前注意到这个geosite:google@ads例子了。但是 v2ray 里没找到详细说明就没实现。

目前有详细的规范么？(比如要排除多个属性该怎么写。

目前还没有排除某个属性的语法。
shadowsocks-windows 这边是自己处理的（Refer: shadowsocks/shadowsocks-windows#2982 ），我觉得 mosdns 如果想解决这个问题大概也得自己处理。

我看看。

题外话，我个人也很支持 attr 这种靠多 tag 分类资源的方式。希望 v2ray 5.0 的时候把靠 country 分类彻底去除。

我观望 v2fly/domain-list-community#28 最新的提议。如果可以多(混合)属性。我计划直接移除country_code分类。
