Thanks - you're right. You need to copy the results_template.sql on the first run and we've forgotten to add that to documentation. After it's copied, it does not get overwritten - new runs just add data to it. You can 'purge' it when you get tired of all the results. And naturally you can also remove result scenarios one by one.
The reason for this is that if the data structure of the results db changes, we need to make those changes to a version of a database (the template) that would not overwrite existing results users may have. A better system is needed, but it's a bigger task and down the road.

The documentation now has the instructions to copy the results_template.sqlite to create Results.sqlite, both at the end of the installation instructions and at the start of the tutorial.
