Eleni, I am giving you this ticket, so that you can get clarification on how Sphinx creates the HTML user guides, and potential options for delivering info from the database, into the RST files that build the guides.

The most likely scenario is we have a JSF-XHTML page that is within the dataverse app and the user guides links to it.

Tooltip functionality needs to be added in for the metadata fields that appear "above the fold" on Create Dataset and Edit/Add Metadata pages.

Tooltips for:
-title
-host dataverse
-author(s)
-description
-keyword(s)
-subject(s)
-related publication(s)
-note(s)

Passing to QA because tooltip functionality is there and working off the tsv files. Some of the individual tooltips are still placeholders.
