Okay. I find next step:
Need to specify the desired address of the api backend. for me it http://192.168.99.100:8080/api/v1/
docker-compose exec taigafront sed -i -e "s/:\/\/\/api\/v1\//http:\/\/192.168.99.100:8080\/api\/v1\//" /taiga/conf.json
And now I can sign in with admin / 123123
from taiga-docker.

New problem - cannot load user avatar. Uploading in profile ok. But backend return url to avatar based on http://localhost:8000/ instead specified host.
