Can you please tyr to enter a real city name in "ort"? Does it work then?
Else I need the Debug log from Adapter please (Instanzen -> Expertenmodus -> Spalte Logstufe)

The reason seems to be the amount of decimal digits in the geographic coordinates. I had 4 digits after the comma - weather underground doesn't likes that, it just allowe a max of 2, according to my tests. Probably this can be taken into consideration when creating the link for the request? After modifying it, it worked out fine
