My RM3 Pro Plus was not found anymore by adapter about iobroker.broadlink2

That's a real problem, but I do not know how I could adress it!
The captures all devices which reply to a command, if it does not reply twice it raises the error.
How is the wireless connection ? If it is not stable it's maybe disconnecting.
Did you also set in your router that the device should get the same IP all time, this helps as well on re-connections?

If the device disconnects itself from wireless network because of internal failure or whatever other reason I cannot do anything because the adapter just sends a request to it and if connected and working it usually answers!

Thanks for the quick answer. I try to Figuren out if there are some network Problems. I will let you know if I find a solution
