Package & Deploy Wasabi - "No such file or directory" after typing vagrant's password about wasabi

Hey @dashk,

would you mind trying out #58 with ./bin/wasabi.sh build package and see if it solves this issue?

@jwtodd and I were able to package it this way, a third opinion is greatly appreciated.

@dashk PR #58 has been merged, the principle changes being: using docker-natve vs docker-machine, as such removed dependencies on virtualbox and vagrant.

great writeup!

sorry about the troubles.

my hunch, based on the above, is that virtualbox has a sticky dns entry as a result of a network switch (eg vpn on/off, work/home ... yeah i have suffered from this as well). vagrant uses virtualbox. can you try the following:

% ./bin/wasabi.sh remove

the objective is to remove the discovered hosts, via "vboxmanage hostonlyif remove vboxnet0 >/dev/null 2>&1"

then retry:

% ./bin/wasabi.sh package

related we are working on a branch (see feature/docker) that will remove the need for virtualbox and vagrant ... which should address issues like the above, speed up the process, etc.
