GITHUB_ORG is required about banjaxed

#41 makes GITHUB_ORG optional when using the Heroku deploy button, but doesn't change how the app uses that value. http://banjaxed-public.herokuapp.com doesn't have GITHUB_ORG environment variable set, but I can log in there ok - I wonder what the difference is between it and your setup?

I had a blank GITHUB_ORG environment variable. This is why the app was trying to use an org.
It makes more sense to remove the variable and not just remove the value.
