Instead of adding time zone options, I fixed the actual issue which was when converting a timestamp to string per datetime.fromtimestamp(time_stamp).strptime(format), the timezone was not specified as UTC, so the script was converting to the local time zone and then querying the logs in the API for the local time zone instead of UTC. For example, the script would send 14:20:00 ET as 14:20:00 UTC> The logs that returned were always 4 hours behind the desired time... which in this case would have been 14:20:00 ET or 18:20:00 UTC.

Now, the script assumes that ALL epoch timestamps are in UTC and also generates timestamps in UTC when there are no epoch timestamps given as an input.
