Ufff...instance side methods are lost as well.

I could reproduce it with a TonelIssue51App that has just the class https://github.com/vasmalltalk/tonel-vast/issues/51 with just one instance side method and one class side method. You write, both are there. You read, both methods are gone and new one #_TONEL_packageName is created.
