I managed to do it finally, not sure if all the options are use are needed...
In host properties:
java.util.logging.manager=org.jboss.logmanager.LogManager
jboss.modules.system.pkgs=org.jboss.logmanager
In server groups JVM option:
-Djboss.modules.system.pkgs=org.jboss.byteman,org.jboss.logmanager,rocks.inspectit.agent.java
-Djava.util.logging.manager=org.jboss.logmanager.LogManager
-Xbootclasspath/p:C:\jboss\Software\EAP-7.0.0\modules\system\layers\base\org\jboss\logmanager\main\jboss-logmanager-2.0.3.Final-redhat-1.jar
