Huge number of dependencies about tern

Hi @shajoezhu I would like to still revisit this again. That is in line with bigger initiative of reducing the size of our packages (insightsengineering/NEST-roadmap#15). There are few low hanging fruits out there such as stringr or viridisLite.

Not too many depends,

But lots lots of imports
