I checked your bug in local and I didn't find a bug with actual class in anonymous classes.
In your test, you have test class AnonymousClass in the package spoon.test.secondaryclasses. So, anonymous classes in this AnonymousClass class must to start with spoon.test.secondaryclasses.AnonymousClass$ and not spoon.test.model.AnonymousExecutableClass$ like in your test case.
For the bug with the name of an anonymous class, I don't know why you would like to name them. An anonymous class must to know when it is anonymous or not and not know his name because it doesn't have one by definition.

This issue is resolve with this PR #121 ? If yes, we can close it.
