And what to do in following case:

This appears instead of "Show All Downloads", if we have invisible active downloads.

Just tested this and it seems to work good except for the fact that the panel popup seems to move under the toolbar 4 icons on the left. check these screenshots.

This looks like Firefox bug: the same happens with built-in "Clear List" (and without Download Panel Tweaker).
