Hello babluchandran,
first of all if the pod is running fine with EC2 and crashes on Fargate, you should check the limitations of Fargate on EKS in the official AWS documentation: https://docs.aws.amazon.com/eks/latest/userguide/fargate.html#fargate-considerations
Also probably there are logs which can describe what is the problem either in Cloudwatch if you set up logging there, or with kubectl describe command.
