incanter.charts relies on an apparently outdated jfreechart, which deprecated some stuff about incanter

Looks like they made a massive jump from 1.019 to 1.5 (no intermediate releases.....1.5 popped out Nov 2017). Unclear what's deprecated.

Yes, I tried to switch to latest version, but this requires investment of the significant amount of time to do it...

There are about 3 classes that need to be renamed. Legacy incanter doesn't use any of the renamed methods in 1.9.5, just renamed classes. So, not that big of a time-sink from initial analysis.

I'm writing a better wrapper for jfreechart, and using that (rewriting incanter.charts) in my fork as part of an effort to clean up incanter.charts, and decouple the charting API from the backend (which is currently tied to JFreeChart in a brittle fashion).

I also plan to introduce a simple vega-lite/altair chart DSL for building charts (initially backed with JFree). Apropos, I don't plan on fixing incanter.charts to work with 1.9.5 directly (even though I think it's pretty easy to do).
