Maybe outlook did not support with z-push version. i have not try on outlook. But if using mobile devices, the sync should be work

Thanks for the reply, it does work on outlook and on mobile devices but im getting a constant spam on the zimbra.log

out of curiosity is there a way i could update zpush? to the newest version?

Yes. You can save zimbraBackend and config on z-push folder. Then upgrade z-push with the new version

quick question on the tutorial it says put
su - zimbra -c 'zmprov md mail.domain.com zimbraPublicServiceHostname localhost zimbraPublicServiceProtocol https'

is it possible to put how it was before instead of local host and whitelist ?

You can empty parameter like this
su - zimbra -c 'zmprov md mail.domain.com zimbraPublicServiceHostname '' zimbraPublicServiceProtocol https'
